Q. What is Cedar River Steak?
A. Cedar River is a prime grade beef program that has no antibiotics, no preservatives and non GMO.

Q. Is Cedar River grass-fed?
A. No, it is grass and grain fed.

Q. What is the difference between the Steakhouse Sirloin Tips and the Steakhouse Petite Tenders?
A. The petite tenders are a leaner cut of meat, best prepared medium and underto ensure juiciness. The sirloin tips can be cooked to any level of doneness.

Q: Which marinades are gluten free?
A: All of the marinades except Korean BBQ or Chinese Style are gluten, dairy, and nut free.

Q: Do you make your own sausages?
A: Yes, we make all of our own pork and beef sausages in house.

Q. What is in the Works sausage?
A. Our Homemade Works sausage has peppers, onions, tomatoes and cheese.

Q. What is in the Steak Bomb sausage?
A. The Homemade Steak Bomb Sausageis a beef sausagewith genoa salami, peppers, onions and 3 types of cheese, best cooked mediumto ensure juiciness.

Q. How spicy are the buffalo wings?
A. It depends on the amount of heat one can handle, but we consider them “medium”.

Q. How many steak tips are in a pound?
A. Approximately 3-4 pieces.

Q. How many chicken breasts are in a pound?
A. One breast is a little under one pound and two breasts are a little over one pound.

Q. How many chicken wings are in a pound?
A. Approximately 6 wings.

Q. How much is enough for one person?
A. We typically suggest 1/2 to 3/4 pound of meat per person, and closer to 1 pound if a person has a bigger appetite.

Q. Do you do vacuum sealing?
A. Yes, we can vacuum seal. We ask that you please preorder to ensure that we are able to meet business demands in a timely manner. Vacuum sealing costs $1 per bag.
